Join us for the third of a 3-part garden series where you can learn some basic gardening skills that will help you tackle your own home gardening projects.

In this workshop we will focus on topics such as:
– simplifying your garden habits
– plants that WOW without work
– plant combination for big impact, low effort
6:30 – 7:15 – Lecture
7:15 – 8:00 – Open Shopping in Greenhouse/Garden Center
Garden Designer & Horticulturalist – Leigh McGonagle – will be teaching the workshop. She will be available while you shop to answer questions and help advise you on how to get started!

Other Considerations
Grisamore’s usually closes at 7pm, so you will have exclusive access to the greenhouse while there are no other customers. This event is BYOB – neither the venue or host assume any liability with beverages that are consumed. Please drink responsibly.

About the Instructor
Leigh

Leigh McGonagle is the owner of Poplar Point Studio – a local fine gardening company that focuses on garden design, installation and maintenance. Her favorite thing about gardening is the satisfaction of creating beautiful living art (and the instant gratification of cleaning up garden areas!). She has been in the industry for over 10 years and loves sharing her knowledge of plants & problem solving in the garden.
She spends her free time reading, taking pictures of flowers, performing with local music gigs and traveling.
